The better shopping experience

Luxury secured, shopping experience assured!

According to the latest BRC report, loss of theft in retail has reached a record high at £1.8bn* in the UK, with no sign of this coming down. Retailers will need to proactively put loss prevention measures in stores and on-shelf to rescue their profit by reducing any potential theft losses.

Thank you Marks & Spencer for trusting us as their partner on loss prevention systems for perfume, cosmetics and health & beauty which are key high-theft areas in the UK.

We have developed two versions of lockable cabinets for their perfume section. The cabinets are made of a high-impact transparent plastic that not only offers the same crystal-clear visibility as glass but are also shatterproof, preserving the premium look and feel of the brands.

These cabinets retrofit to the existing fragrance furniture and help to maintain a coherent visual display whilst adding additional protection to more premium products. By keeping an open display for testers, the lockable section is used for product displays and merchandising which has had minimal impact on sales, as customers are used to seeking assistance and service on premium perfume.

Deterring shoplifting and opportunists and achieving 100% loss reduction, stores are more confident to keep adequate stock on shelf to avoid losing potential sales due to out-of-stock (OOS).

Helping retailers to balance product visibility & accessibility with anti-theft measures is always one of our key objectives in developing standard or bespoke loss prevention solutions.
